At The Locker Man LLC, we understand that issues with an order can occasionally occur. To ensure these matters are handled quickly, fairly, and efficiently, we’ve put clear return procedures in place.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which must be obtained from The Locker Man LLC prior to sending any items back. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Shipping & Freight Information
All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) from the factory. Freight charges may be:

Prepaid and added to your invoice (with approved credit),

Collect, depending on your preference.
Shipping Times

Most unassembled items are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days of order receipt.

If assembly is requested, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Large and/or assembled orders may have longer lead times and could be shipped from multiple locations.
While we strive to meet your timeline, specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
Freight Details

Shipments are generally sent via motor freight.

Freight costs vary based on weight, size, destination, and product type. Please contact us for a freight quote.

Standard delivery is curbside only. If you require inside delivery, this can be arranged for an additional charge.

When applicable, items are securely banded and stretch-wrapped to pallets.
Ownership & Delivery
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, it becomes the property of the purchaser. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully. Any visible damage should be noted on the bill of lading before acceptance to support a damage claim.
