Returns Policy
At The Locker Man LLC, we understand that occasional problems may arise with a customerís order. That is why we have established procedures to deal with these issues in an effective, efficient and fair manner. An RGA (Return Good Authorization) number is the mechanism we use to process returned goods. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from The Locker Man LLC and must be shipped freight prepaid to locker LLC, 207 Lincoln Blvd, Middlesex , New Jersey 08846. Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt and may be subject to a restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be returned
Shipping
All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid, collect or prepaid and added to the invoice (upon approved credit). Most products are in inventory and most unassembled orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from the time an order is received. Assembly is available and most assembled orders ship within 3 to 5 days.
Large and/or assembled orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via motor freight. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered - call for freight charge quotation. Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. When necessary, equipment is banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
